Standard
The resistance provided by digital weight is constant. It stimulates the use of physical weight.
Chains
Simulates the feeling of real chains. The more the rope is pulled out, the more resistance will be provided. Use mainly for strength breakthrough.
Eccentric
The resistance at release is 10-50% more than that of the pull-out provides better stretching of muscles, especially spasms.
Constant
Engines set the speed and increase the resistance if you pull faster. Used in rehabilitation.
